“Hafiz Foundation” is a welfare Trust. It is a non-profit charitable organization working for the advancement of education, health and welfare of the people, particularly those from the deprived and weak section of society. It aims at the realization of fundamental human rights, freedom and promotion of understanding, tolerance and friendship among all people.

Hafiz Foundation is a public Trust. Its beneficiaries are the general public. They are not restricted to any class, tribe, group or area. The Trust has no political, religious, racial or ethnic interests. Its sole objective is service of suffering humanity without any distinction whatsoever.

The area of its operation is whole of Pakistan but at present the Trust is working in village Dalola, Tehsil and Distt.Abbottabad, Hazara (KPK) Pakistan, which is situated about 200 km away from Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan. This area is amongst the most neglected and backward parts of the country. The Trust plans to extend operations to other areas gradually.

Hafiz Foundation, Welfare Trust is founded by Barrister Fazal Subhan Khan on 24 -02-2010.The Trust’s head office is located at Islamabad whereas the regional office is situated at Village Dalola,Tesil & District Abbottabad, KPK. Management of the Trust rests in a “Board of Trustees” comprising 15 Trustee members. The Board is assisted by an EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE and an ADVISORY COUNCIL comprising eminent persons and experts.

The founder of the Trust remained attached to Anjaman “Faizul Islam” Islamabad as its Vice President for a long period of about twenty years. In the year 2004, when the “Faizul Islam” was very well established, he decided to part and carry on the mission to the area, where his services were mostly needed.

Therefore, he began to serve the needy community by creating a Trust named as Hafiz Foundation Trust which is duly registered with the Government of Pakistan.

Funds are contributed by the Trustees, council members, friends, well-wishers and philanthropists. As the TRUST is a non-profit, charitable organization, it seeks assistance from Individuals and Donor Agencies worldwide.
